PVA MOLD RELEASE FILM

PVA has excellent performance for making parts of unsaturated polyester, epoxy resin or other thermosetting resin. It is ideal for demolding artificial marble, quartz stone and others.

  • PVA film has perfect releasing performance as it barely produces any blanks, which saves polishing time.

    In addition, because it is a water-soluble it does not leave any residue behind.

    Once the stone product has cured, the PVOH film can be easily removed by simply running water over the mold.

  • With high flexibility and smoothness, PVA membrane/film can fit the mold better, and the demolding quality is higher.

    Good heat resistance: the membrane/film can be heated up to 190 degrees.

    Good mechanical performance: high tensile strength and high breaking elongation rate.

  • It is water-soluble, so it does not leave any residue behind.

    It is non-toxic and safe for use with food-grade products.

    It is non-flammable and does not produce any harmful fumes.

    Water-soluble film can be rapidly degraded into low-element compounds through the action of natural factors (H2O) to leave no chemical pollution improving water and land safety. Water-soluble film belongs to a new type of environmental protection packaging materials.
